Quality is the key!

We are transplants from the Chicago suburbs and moved here with our kids in 2009. I founded Aqua Vacation Rentals in 2011 thanks to my best friend and partner pushing me out of my comfort zone and encouraging me to just do it! I have 14 years of experience as a vacation rental business owner and my Michigan real estate license, certified as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. My intent for Aqua Vacation Rentals was to focus on the quality of service we provide versus just taking as many homes as we possibly could. Quality vs Quantity is the key! We wanted to be different than the other companies by providing exceptional service with personal touches, face to face check in’s and our very personalized attention to not only our guests but our homeowners as well. We started out with just a couple homes and have built that to where we are today. We have an amazing staff that are like family to us and most have been with us since the beginning. We couldn’t do this job without them and are so grateful for each and every one of them. Through the years we have built a successful family business that we are so very proud of! We are eternally grateful for all the guests and homeowners that support our small business!
