Aqua Vacation Rentals, "Great Escape" is located in New Buffalo situated on a quiet, serene street and features many great amenities. This home is perfect for a short getaway or long vacation and has from beautiful hard wood floors, granite counter tops, a great family room with fireplace, bar and access to large deck with a hot tub plus a fire pit. This home features three bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen bed. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub and access to an outdoor balcony. When you enter the home you walk into a living room/dining room area. The living room has a pull out couch and a large bay window. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops. Off the dining/living room is a family room with a large flat screen tv over a beautiful gas fire place. The family room also includes a full bar and access to a large outdoor deck with plenty of outdoor furniture, a gas grill and an eight person hot tub. There is WiFi, Direct TV and a sound system throughout the house. This home is about 1 mile to the beach and just blocks from Oselka Park, kayaking and another park with a splash pad (New Buffalo Township Park). The nearest beach is New Buffalo Public Beach and has parking available. Come and enjoy all that this home has to offer all year round!
Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.

What a great house to get away from it all with some amazing friends! New Buffalo is a quaint little beach town. Not a lot of exciting things to do, but this house gave us the space to enjoy each others company!

We wanted a home a quick drive to the beach so kids and grandkids could enjoy a relaxing short visit. It was a beautiful home, and took minutes to get to beach and restaurants. 6 adults and two little ones found the home comfortable and spacious. Kitchen and grill and deck made food prep easy.

We had an amazing experience at this house. Great lay out, super clean, and perfect location. The house has everything you possibly could want. The only thing that we had an issue with is the upstairs bedroom got very very warm but that was a minor issue.

The house is perfect! Very clean and comfortable and about a two minute drive from all the action including the restaurants, breweries , and the beach. Our only issue was with the checkout time. For a house that sleeps eight and only has two bathrooms, a 10 AM check out was a little tight when you factor in showering, getting ready, making breakfast, and completing all the items on the checkout checklist. Other than that, we would give it 3 1/2 out of four stars.

This is a lovely home, even prettier than the pictures. We loved the bonus living room with the beautiful bright windows. The decor was very pretty. The location is perfect. There were five us and we all slept comfortably. There is definitely a lot of room for relaxing and we definitely could have included more guests. The travel contacts were very responsive and helpful. We will be planning an annual trip and we will definitely be returning to this home for a weekend stay. We wish we could have stayed all week!

This is was our 2nd time visiting this home and once again we had a good time! The home came equipped with everything we needed for the weekend and was very clean. The plus is always the jacuzzi, we loved it. The host was very accommodating. Only issue we had was that the downstairs bathroom shower did not have working hot water.. other than that everything was great!

Great place to stay! House was decorated beautifully. Plenty of room for our 2 families. We all enjoyed the hot tub too!
We had 2 families stay for a weekend. The house was just as pictures in the photos and it was incredibly clean. There was plenty of space for all of us and the hot tub was a nice feature as well. The location was within a very short drive to downtown. The only concerns we had, were the lack of pillows and towels provided. Luckily we had brought a couple pillows but we were still 1 short and one of our girls had to use a decorative pillow. We also were unable to find a bottom sheet for the pull out couch, but just used the top sheet instead. The very minimal amount of bath towels were provided as well, and with all young girls with long hair, a few extras would have been nice. Our biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the house. When a couple people are trying to bath at the same time, the upstairs shower has almost zero water coming out at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were just a couple issues as mentioned.
