Elite Berrywood Farm

We had a fantastic long weekend at Berrywood. The set up was perfect for us, and combined with the amazing weather it couldn’t have gone better. The room and cottage set up meant that we (5 couples) had our own privacy and the dining room and living room were perfect for entertaining. Looking forward to returning soon

Private location with pool, bocce court, pond for canoeing and fishing, and more. Comfortable accommodations for our group of 18, everyone had their own space. Isolated, but close to restaurants and beach

It was the perfect getaway for what we needed. It was private and quiet. It had stuff to do for all ages from the grandparents down to the grandkids. It was convenient to town and the lakefront. The place was in good shape and was clean. We loved it!

Great location, beautiful property, secluded, great pool, lots of room inside and out.

We had an extended family vacation, 5 families, all together at BWF and it was incredible! Everyone had their own space to hang out and sleep and the kids had a blast! All of the furniture was comfortable, which in my experience renting vacation homes is rare, and the all of the amenities were great. The pool was fantastic, everyone spent a lot of time out there hanging out because you had everything you needed very close by- Bathroom, fridge, fire pit, bed to rest, pool toys... The kids had a great time fishing, making s'mores, catching fireflies, swinging on the swing and enjoying all the space the property had to offer. There were lots of toys and games that was a real pleasant surprise because the kids played with them the whole time.

We had a couple things that we needed to reach the property managers for and they were very attentive and friendly and resolved everything very quickly.

I have a large family in which this location was perfect. Caught a bunch of bass from the two ponds that occupy the property, pool and pool house are a great asset. Two separate cabins/lofts sit perfectly with a close walk to the main house. Back deck off the kitchen eating area overlooking both ponds creates a serene setting. Hike around the pond and entire 100 acres if you desire. The entire property is your oyster with a ton of amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The beautiful Berrywood Farm was the perfect family getaway over the 4th of July! Our family of 17 loved the farmhouse, swimming in the pool, going in the canoe and fishing in the pond, family celebrations in the gazebo, and roasting smore's around the firepit! From the grandkids to the grandparents, everyone loved our stay at Berrywood Farm! The location was great and we were so close to shopping, bakeries, beaches and restaurants in Three Oaks, Union Pier and New Buffalo! The decks were great for morning coffee and grilling out, the family room became our game night location and the spacious lawn was perfect for our family Olympics! Joe was so helpful on property and we had a great time! We highly recommend Berrywood Farm! Be sure to check out their merch!

We stayed here with 4 families (8 adults and 9 children) and it was an absolutely amazing spot. The grounds have so much to offer - pool, pond with canoe, woods, fields. Highly recommend.

The property manager was very responsive and helpful (even shipped us something we had accidentally left behind).

Loved the week on the farm. Not only were the grounds fun and relaxing but the surrounding area has so much to do. The new Bat House addition is amazing!
