Berrywood Farm House is located on the grounds of Berrywood Farm and is available for stays outside the summer months. Ideal for a larger family or group of 8-10, the farm house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and plenty of space for all. The main floor has a kitchen and large dining room, a full bathroom, two large living rooms, one with a fireplace the other with a TV and an expansive primary suite bedroom with sitting area and small screened porch. Off the dining room is a large back deck that overlooks the ponds and features to tables with umbrellas and a gas grill. The upstairs level has three bedrooms, one which is a primary suite and another full bathroom. The primary suite as a queen bed and a large bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk bed. The full bathroom shared among the queen and bunk room has a walk in shower. The entire 33-acre grounds are available to explore, including orchard, screened gazebo, two wooded nature trails, Bocce court, small and large fire pits and a large pond for canoeing, paddleboarding and fishing. Berrywood Farm is a short ride to everything the area has to offer including restaurants, galleries, antiques, shops, parks, wineries, breweries, beaches and much more. PLEASE NOTE: outside the summer months, Berrywood Farm is offered to guests as three separate units. Some outdoor amenities are unit-specific, but most of the farm's outdoor areas are shared among all guests. You may encounter other groups during your stay, please be a good neighbor and enjoy the community environment.
Shared amenities include the grounds, screened gazebo, lower pond (w/ canoe), wooded trails, glade (w/ disc golf & kids' area), orchard (including u-pick apples, pears, peaches, cherries and Concord grapes, depending on season), bocce court and small and large fire pit. Pool and Pool House are closed in October.

Elite Berrywood Farm (full property including heated pool) is available during the summer months on a full week basis.
