We had an incredible stay at this charming vacation rental in the heart of Michigan's Harbor Country! Perfect for families and groups, the house offered five spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring everyone had plenty of room to relax.One of the highlights was the stunning screened-in porch and outdoor area—a great space to unwind, enjoy meals, and take in the peaceful surroundings. The property’s amenities really set it apart, with a fantastic pool that kept everyone entertained throughout our visit.The location couldn't have been better. We loved exploring the local dining and drinking spots, which were just a short drive away. Plus, it was the ideal home base for experiencing all the delights Southwest Michigan has to offer, from beaches to wineries to quaint towns.This rental provided everything we needed for a memorable getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Harbor Country in style and comfort!

Lovely home on a gorgeous lot. Very comfortable and roomy, with every luxury one could imagine. There is a lot to do in the area, and the beach and water is a very nice little walk down the road. It’s easy to get to from Chicago. I cannot say enough positive and nice things about this property. A great place to get away!

Our family had an absolutely magical stay at this Union Pier rental, and I can’t recommend it enough for families with kids! The house is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable and fun-filled vacation. The backyard is a true paradise, featuring an above-ground pool that was a huge hit with our 7-year-olds, who spent hours swimming and splashing. The enclosed back porch overlooks the pool, allowing us to relax in the shade while keeping an eye on the kids. The trampoline kept them entertained for hours, and evenings were spent gathered around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores—a perfect way to end each day.Safety was a top priority for us as parents - the pool area is secure, and the enclosed porch provided peace of mind while the kids played. The backyard is spacious, fully fenced, and well-maintained, making it easy for the kids to relax while they enjoy the trampoline and pool. Inside, the house is just as impressive, with four incredibly spacious bedrooms that ensured everyone had room to unwind. The chef’s kitchen was a dream to cook in, fully stocked with high-quality appliances, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a lifesaver, especially with wet swimsuits and towels. Union Pier itself is a charming area that added to the magic of our stay. We loved exploring the local farmer’s markets, which offered fresh produce, baked goods, and a taste of the community’s charm. There are a number of shops/deli's 2 minute drive in downtown Union Pier, the best being Milda's Corner Market which has the freshest sandwiches for the beach, authentic Lithuanian foods (do NOT skip the fresh baked bacon buns!) and soups. The local bar scene at And if you want to go to the beach at Lake Michigan, the public beach is a mere 5 minutes (door to beach) away! Overall, this rental exceeded all our expectations and provided the ideal setting for a summer getaway with kids. We have spent the last 2 years coming here for our annual summer retreat and already talking about returning this year, and we can’t wait to enjoy the property and the surrounding locale. I have stayed at this incredible beach house in Union Pier, Michigan, and it exceeded all my expectations! This property truly offers the perfect vacation experience. The outdoor pool was an absolute highlight—perfect for cooling off during sunny days. Plus, the beach is just minutes away, making it super convenient to enjoy the sand and waves whenever you want. Whether you're looking to relax, cook up a delicious meal, or have fun in the pool, this beach house has it all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in Union Pier!

I have stayed at this house for many years… and in all seasons. And I keep going back because it’s absolutely spectacular.Driving up to the home, you see a lovely little front porch where you can have an evening glass of wine on.Once you enter the home, you realize there is ample room to have a few friends/families if you wanted to. With the spacious open air concept you have a living, dining room and kitchen where everyone always seems to congregate. The kitchen is nice and bright with a lovely island to either prepare meals on or serve them on.There is a washer and dryer right off the kitchen, which is very convenient.There are three bedrooms on the main floor… one of these bedrooms is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms, share the main bathroom in the hallway.Upstairs there are a couple more bedrooms with a bathroom… like I said this house has five bedrooms so there’s plenty of room for people to sleep. All of the beds are extremely comfortable and clean.But the best part remains. Off of the kitchen/dining/family room combo leading out to the backyard is a beautiful sunroom…which most of our families time is spent in there if the weather is cooler or rainy (has heating and air with ceiling fans). If you get up early enough in the morning, you might even see deer right by the property line.The backyard is fenced in, which is nice so if you have children, you don’t have to worry about them running out of your sight. It’s plenty big so the kiddos can play and run until their hearts content. And an additional bonus… There is a small pool in the backyard… big enough, where I have personally been in and enjoyed it with several adults… But not so large or takes up the yard.I highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to retreat for a few days, a week or whatever time you choose. You will need a car if you want to go to the grocery store to do a big stock up, go into New Buffalo and the public access beach is about a mile or so away. It is clean, homey, comfortable, and the hosts are amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay at this beautiful Lake Michigan house! Perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach, it was the ideal spot for our girls' trip.The house itself was immaculate and spacious, giving each of us our own room to unwind in after a fun day. With plenty of bathrooms available, we never felt rushed or crowded, which is a huge plus for a group getaway! We loved being just a short stroll away from a charming deli where we enjoyed delicious lunches. Plus, exploring the local wineries and restaurants was a highlight of our trip! Each place we visited offered unique flavors and experiences, making our stay even more memorable. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning our return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape by the lake.Can’t wait to come back!
